adjusting the amount of CAP water in a dry measuring cup?
I just have one cup liquid measuring and want to know how of water can fit in a cup dry measure
A cup is a cup. There should be some numbers of Oz on the side of the cup to measure. If it says dry cup has a capacity of 1 cup and it fills with water in a cup. Pam
