"Chicago, require a license to sell food service coffee?
websites of the city are a bit vague. I am interested the sale of coffee and maybe some food packed in a retail outlet and want to know if it will be necessary to have a food service To authorized to do so. Chicago does not seem to be a licensed food that my company offered logically fall under the license and food service seems too expensive for the type of operation you expect to start. If someone has some advice here would be greatly appreciated.
If the customer makes you not need a license. If they serve coffee requires a license.
